At Textiloo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns

  • You may return any unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from our online store within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@textiloo.com] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once you have received the RMA number, securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was defective or damaged.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • The refund amount will be for the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and activewears (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items

Cancellations
